Patient Care Coordinator

LMC is seeking to hire a Patient Coordinator to join our team at FMC. The Patient Care Coordinator will oversee all patient care programs, including but not limited to Preventative, Clinical Quality Validation Forms and other Clinical Quality Initiatives. These activities will include but not be limited to the support of the daily operations of the patient care programs. The Patient Care Coordinator must  be a certified Medical Assistant.
