Limestone Medical Center is looking for an experienced Clinic Director for our Family Health Clinic. Applicant must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. He/She must have exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. He/She must have attention to detail and great organizational skills. Must have excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Applicant should have strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate. He/She must have the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Job Summary: Directs, supervises, and coordinates functions and activities and assigned areas of responsibility. Assumes total administrative responsibility for the operation of the clinic. Consults with and advises the administrator on problems relating to the operation of the clinic. Recommends changes in policy, facilities, equipment and programs. Provides leadership, direction, and administration of clinic operations.
Education/Experience: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, work experience in lieu of education will be considered. Minimum of two years relevant experience preferred. Bilingual preferred
