Limestone Medical Center is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health Program:
Job Summary: Has principle responsibility for total nursing care, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients. Plans, provides and document treatment planning, discharge planning, teaching and educates patient family, or others to attain optimal health and continuity of care.
Requires current licensure as Registered Nurse(licensed by the State of Texas). BCLS,ACLS. Prior nursing experience required.
