Provides and directs Occupational Therapy Services to patients, including evaluation, treatment, and implementation and related documentation. Functions under physician's orders.
Graduate of accredited Occupational Therapy Degree Program. Knowledge of the use of therapy equipment. Effective oral and written communication abilities. National Certification Examination for Occupational Therapy, Current State of Texas Therapy License. One year experience preferred. BCLS certification.
