Position Summary
The Specialty Clinic Assistant Manager is a working leadership position responsible for supporting the operations, quality, and growth of specialty services, including Endoscopy, Infusion Clinic, Wound Care, and Heart Failure Clinic. This position maintains direct patient care responsibilities while assisting with staff oversight, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and service line development.
The Assistant Manager serves as a clinical leader and resource, promoting operational efficiency, exceptional patient experiences, and positive patient outcomes while supporting the expansion of specialty services to meet community needs.
Qualifications
Education
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
- BSN preferred.
Licensure
- Current Texas Registered Nurse license required.
- BLS & ACLS certification required.
Experience
- Minimum three years of nursing experience required.
- Leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency in electronic health records and healthcare technology
