Position Summary
The Registered Dietician leads structured Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME) and obesity intervention programs, providing individualized and group-based nutrition counseling. This role focuses on improving chronic disease outcomes by addressing the behavioral and lifestyle factors that drive poor health.
The Dietician integrates clinical data, including patient monitoring information, to deliver targeted, outcome-driven interventions.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietician (RD/RDN) credential
- Licensed in the State of Texas
- Experience in clinical nutrition or chronic disease management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with:
- Diabetes education programs (DSME)
- Obesity management
- Rural or underserved populations
Skills and Competencies
