Limestone Medical Center is seeking a skilled and dependable Scheduled PRN General/Vascular Sonographer to join our Radiology team. Position Overview
The Scheduled PRN Sonographer will perform a variety of general and vascular ultrasound procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role requires flexibility, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Perform general ultrasound exams including abdominal, OB/GYN, small parts, and vascular studies
- Ensure high-quality imaging and accurate documentation
- Maintain equipment and follow safety and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members
- Provide exceptional patient care and clear communication
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
- ARDMS registered (or registry-eligible)
- RVT certification required
- Current BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a PRN capacity
