Evening Receptionist – FMC

Position Summary

The Evening Receptionist provides administrative and customer service support for the Evening Rural Health Clinic operating from 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM. This position serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in ensuring efficient clinic operations and a positive patient experience.

The Evening Receptionist supports expanded access to care by assisting patients with registration, scheduling, communication, and coordination of services during evening clinic hours.

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

 Experience

• Previous medical office, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
• Experience with electronic medical records and scheduling systems preferred
• Rural healthcare experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently during evening clinic operations
