Custodian/Housekeeping

JOB SUMMARY:

Performs duties involved in cleaning and sanitizing furnishing and areas assigned.

OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Class I.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Personal Job-Related Skills: Ability to read and write.

EXPERIENCE:    

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance and industrial cleaning techniques.
• Familiarity with floor care, including buffing and waxing.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager or Administration. 

SKILLS:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
  Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Good time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required.
