Trauma Program Coordinator
Limestone Medical Center is currently seeking a skilled Trauma Program Coordinator RN. The Trauma Program Coordinator RN will play a crucial role in the program's growth and development. The candidate must be a team player with a strong work ethic. Applicant must have excellent communication skills in addition to having initiative, be dependable, and be able to work in an occasionally fast-paced environment. The applicant will serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team of leaders who support the accreditation for level IV trauma care. The applicant will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality improvement measures, implementing new processes to improve quality, and tracking quality-of-care metrics. The RN will draft and revise policies and procedures to direct the delivery of evidence-based patient care. Applicant must be able to efficiently manage the accreditation process, medical record auditing, and trauma registry oversight. Applicant must be available to take on call shifts as needed as well as be available to attend required CATRAC meetings.

Applicant must provide:
- Current Registered Nurse license and be registered in the state of Texas.
- Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience of either Emergency Department or ICU
- Current certifications in:
- ACLS
- PALS
- BLS
- TNCC
