CLINICAL INFORMATICS REGISTERED NURSE

LMC is seeking a Clinical Informatics Registered Nurse. The primary functions of a Clinical Informatics RN will be assessing, planning, directing and evaluating the workflow of IT/Nursing informatics, utilizing a full functioning EHR (Electronic Health Record) for nursing, ancillary, and clinic, under the direction of the CEO and Chief Information Officer. Promotes team efforts with physicians and personnel of other departments, with an emphasis on team work. Among other duties as assigned by the Chief Information officer. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
2. Personal Job-Related Skills: Demonstrates ability in nursing practice, leadership abilities and effective oral and written communication skills, strong computer abilities required.
3. Licensure, Registry or Certification:  Registered Nurse  currently licensed by the State of Texas.
4. Prior Work Experience: Two years experience as a Registered Nurse.Experience with Electronic Medical records and hospital/clinic workflow, CPSI electronic medical records, preferred. CPSI (Trubridge) electronic medical records experience preferred but not required.
